The HM Properties began in 2020 with full home renovations in the Pittsburgh area and transitioned to renting out properties in Pittsburgh, PA and Chautaqua Lake in Western New York. Our passion is restoring historic and neglected homes by maintaining the character and updating the properties with modern amenities.

We are a husband and wife team. Gavin is the general contractor and handles property maintenance while Emily handles the interior design and property management. We are always looking for our next project, so please reach out with homes for sale or projects in the Pittsburgh area.
